Media in Albania have also published the names of three handcuffs for cocaine trading to European countries.
Lulzim Pepaj, Florian Marku and Anton Kola are the three people arrested, while eight others remain at large by Albanian authorities.
They are accused of being part of a structured criminal group involved in international narcotics trafficking and cleaning up criminal products.
Through an announcement, SPAK has indicated that 12m euros of various assets have been seized under this operation.
According to the report, this criminal group has trafficked in some episodes about 7.5 tonnes of cocaine from Latin America to Europe.
