The Supreme Court has broken the Special Appeal's decision to Albania's former president, Ilir Meta, regarding the security measure “arrest in prison” and has decided to restore the case again to the second degree of the judiciary in order to be considered once again by the same court.
The decision was issued by Ilir Panda, Albana Boxin and Gail Shala, where the same jury panel rejected Ilir Meta's review for detention terms.
Ilir Meta continues to be in prison as the person suspected of the Special Prosecutor for conducting three criminal acts “passive corruption”, “defaulting and hiding property” and “money laundering”. /abcnews. al
