During the report, Braho spoke about corruption, where he said it remained disturbing.
“Corruption remains disturbing and includes officials in several areas. From 186 to 220 corruption cases. Of 30 officials and former officials, half have been sent to court, and 10 have been sentenced to formal court rulings. As far as financial investigation is concerned, 12 investigators work and another 4 is expected”, he said, Top Channel reports, broadcasts Periscope.
He also demanded today revising legislation on criminal acts going to the institution he heads.
Although it stated that the SPAK at this moment does not need significant changes in legislation, said the face of corruption deeds from 50,000 new dollars should increase, as this, according to him, increases the number of issues.
Braho stressed, among other things, that cases referred to by public institutions have increased during 2025.
In reporting before the Supreme Council of Prosecutors, he said cases referred to by police have increased by 70%, while cases referred to by public institutions have increased by 15%.
Investigations initiated by public institutions have been one of the SPAK's concerns in the years when this institution was run by Altin Duman. /Periscope
