During field surveillance, police units have identified a vehicle that was moving illegally from northern Macedonia territory to Kosovo. The driver of the vehicle, along with a passenger, has tried to escape, but has been detained by police officials.
As a result, a North Macedonian citizen has been arrested. Various goods, whose value, according to initial estimates, have been found and seized, exceed tens of thousands of euros. No relevant background documentation was presented for the seized possession.
After consulting the competent prosecutor, the suspect has been detained for 48 hours, while the vehicle and goods have been seized as material evidence in criminal procedure.
