Dusan Maksimovic said he wants to be present in the hall when the indictment is declared, while the other two indictees -- Blagoje Spasojevicq and Vladimir Tolic -- declared they did not want to participate in declaring the court.
Unlike Maksimovic, Spasojevic and Toliq gave their final words today.
At last session, Special Prosecutor Naim Abazi had sought life imprisonment for the accused.
In his final address, he had presented a 21 - page document as well as a view from the moment of the attack on September 23, 2023.
According to the prosecutor, it has been proven that the accused were aware of the development of the attack and had a role in it, while its goal, according to him, was to annex the north of Kosovo.
