According to the court, Fatime Dermaku, the Institute of Forenzic Psychiatry, has announced that the psychiatric and psychological expertise for Adam has not been completed, so in its absence it cannot be verified its state of mind and the ability to submit to judgment, reports the “Singlement for Justice”, broadcast Periscopi.
As a result, judgment cannot continue until the expertise report is ready.
The Institute of Psychiatry has revealed that about two more weeks are needed to complete the report.
Meanwhile, the next session is expected to be scheduled after the expert is delivered, which will determine whether the accused is able to participate in the judicial process.
This was made known by the court, Fatime Dermaku, who stated that the Forenzie Psychiatry Institute has announced that psychiatric expertise has not yet been completed, so in its absence it cannot be known whether accused Valdrin Ademi is willing to submit to trial.
Otherwise, at this session, the indictment was scheduled to be read and the guilty accused's statements made.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina on February 12th 2026 had filed charges against nine people: Korab Gashi, Valdrin Ademi, Robert Llumnica, Salih Sekiraqa, Fatos Abazi, Erd Marevci, Endrit Llapashtica, Dardan Marevci and Vesel Bunnjaku, in connection with the P.G. murder case, on September 1st 2024 in the Aktash neighbourhood in Pristina.
According to the indictment, the case is linked to an armed clash between two groups at the “From”, where P.G. was killed, and several others were injured. The accused are charged with several criminal acts, including “grave murder”, “severe attempted murder”, and “kept ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons”.
The motive for the attack, according to the indictment, relates to the previous conflict of March 4th 2024, which took place between the Sequirahean Shkumbin (son of Salih Sekiraqes) and the Pajtim Gashi (the now late Premtim brother), who had escalated the conflict between the two groups
