Kosovo police have reported that in Mitrovica they have arrested four suspected presions in a case of theft.
They allegedly stole 400 types of electronic cigarettes in a person's car in Vushtrri.
On April 22, 2026, at the Vushtrri Police Station, the complainer reported having broken the car's window, which was stolen by some 400 types of electronic cigarettes. As a result of operational and investigative actions, four suspected persons have been identified and arrested by police units in South Mitrovica. During the search, an amount of stolen electronic cigarettes has been found and seized in the suspects, said the police report.
Following the investigation procedures with the decision of the competent prosecutor, one of the suspects has been assigned police ban, while the other three are said to have been released in regular procedure.
Cases of criminal acts have been initiated against them: “Serious resuscitation” and “Bleria, accession or hiding items profitable to the performing of criminal work”.
