“Call Police”, about 600 reports for three months in Ferizaj

The Kosovo Police Captain in the Ferizaj municipality, Gani Pajaziti, has made known to KosovoPress, that the app enables citizens to report cases anonymously, without having to provide personal data.
Pajazit made a comparison of statistics, where during 2024-25 there were over 660 calls, while only on the first three months of 2026 were over 600 app calls.
He has stressed that besides the app, the 192 emergency line remains the main form of communication between citizens and police, through which incidents are reported and assistance sought in various situations.
In the emergency line in 2025, the communications center had over 102 thousand and 550 calls.
Pajaziti has introduced other statistics relating to police work in this region in recent months. According to him, over a thousand official paperwork from police stations has been accepted, while another 450 reports have been drafted by police.
Kosovo police have developed in recent years several mechanisms to facilitate communication with citizens and report different cases on the ground. One of these mechanisms is the mobile app “call the Police”, which enables citizens to submit information and reporting quickly and anonymously. /Periscope
