This citizen, the Durres Court, in 2022 has assigned the security measure “Arrest to prison” for criminal acts “to be held without permission and weapons production, explosive weapons and combat ammunition”, “Securing conditions and means to commit murder” and “Organised criminal group”.
Citizens A. S. It is charged that in co-operation with other citizens (participators of the criminal group), they have planned to kill 2 citizens, securing vehicles, firearms and rented apartments but unable to realise their murder.
And citizen A. S. It is suspected that in 2023, in the region of Balarus, France, a large amount of money (40,000 euros) is involved through the threat of weapons within the organized gang.
