The language “in northern Macedonia, unfortunately, is regulated by a half-law. Half-laws give half choice. So tomorrow's protest is a call for awareness of all political and social actors who should contribute to better legal solutions and long-term institutional policies in the country, Medzit wrote, Kosovo Press broadcasts.
He called for awareness instead of politicisation, stressing that student protests are always alert to social phenomena that political structures should address overall.
Through the message “juha Albanian calls out "your voice is our strength”, Albanian students on Monday protest the Albanian jurisdictional exam, viewing it as legitimate and constitutional right.
Otherwise, in recent days Albanian students in Skopje, Tetovo, Kumanovo, Gostivar and Kricevo have launched symbolic action by placing posters in various city locations through which they demand that the jurisdictional exam be held in Albanian. In fixed posters, the message is clear: “We've learned Albanian exam we're going to give”, expressing dissatisfaction and a demand for respect for the right to education in our mother tongue. /Periscope/
