LDK Parliamentary Group chief Jehona Lushaku-Sadriou said today before the start of the Kosovo Parliamentary Assembly session that the LDK does not become part of a session where “has party proposals” for the president.
We go only to give the country a president, as the Constitution of Kosovo predicts, rather than an extension of the big party which tries to capture all key institutions. It does not belong to the government and the presidency of the same party. The constitution views these two as the executive power where balance will be expressed between political parties”, said Lushak-Sadriu.
The president presents the unification; presents representation of more than 60 deputies .m. that requires 80 deputies”, she said.
The largest party, the Vetevendosje Movement, has announced that unless broad consensus is achieved for the election of the president, it will call the session for President Glauk Konjufka as candidate and Fatmie Kolcak-Mulhrama as his counterCandidate.
