Democratic Party of Kosovo deputy (PDK), Progress Gruda, has criticised Prime Minister Albin Kurti over the negotiation process and the election of the country's president, calling him a failure and intent on institutional deadlock.
“What is the meaning of negotiations if we're insufficient as Albin Kurti is presenting us, what's the meaning of why we've gathered all these months. What Albin Kurti has done for these months for electing the president turns out to be a farce and is saying Kurti himself, reveals himself because he discovers the evil intentions he's had to design a process that ultimately fails”, he said in T7.
On 28 April, the constitutional deadline for electing the president expires if the process fails the country automatically goes to the polls.
