The month-long detention measure has been imposed against a suspect for pyramid schemes and illegal gambling in Vushtrri.
The Constitutional Court in Mitrovica, reportedly through preliminary procedure judge Naim Rekaliu, has approved yesterday the Constitutional Prosecutor's request in Mitrovica for appointing the detention measure against defendants.
The defendant's detention measure will be accounted for by 21.04.26 and will last until the date of 21.05.2026.
