Dear friends,
Today, around 13:50, I was in a cafe in Skenderaj drinking coffee with my two grandchildren, Arton ( Fatos ' brother), and Festus.
During a telephone conversation with Fatos, he told me personally that the speech he gave in the Assembly was written by VV deputy Ilir Krquei, whom I don't actually know at all.
