The embassy is honoured to be able to organise his visit to Kosovo, counting meetings the US diplomat has had.
The US “Embassy was proud to facilitate Ambassador Whitaker's visit to Kosovo. During his trip, Ambassador Whitaker met with Kosovo leaders, US military personnel and partners working to strengthen the country's security and stability”, the Embassy's announcement said.
His “vision highlighted Kosovo's increased contributions to US efforts to face global challenges and the importance of co-operation through KFOR and the National Guard's State Partnership Programme with Eagle. Together, the United States and Kosovo continue to advance common security interests and strengthen regional stability”, the announcement concludes.
