“Discussions between accused of attack in Banjska are uncovered

Special Prosecution has drafted final words for accused Blagoje Spasojevic (Blaugh Spasojevic)Vdalomir Tolliq (Vladimir Tolic) and Dusan Maksimovic (Dusan Maksimovic)For whom Special Prosecutor Naim Abazi has demanded eternal punishment.

Evidence of the role of Blagoje Spasojevic and his participation in organised group

According to the Special Prosecutor's Final Word, defendant Blagoje Spasojevic has entered Kosovo territory in an organized manner, along with others, using a vehicle and traveling for several hours to the destination.

Spasojevic, according to the Final Word, admitted that after arriving at the scene, he removed civilian clothing and was equipped with military uniform and weapons, including automatic weapons and ammunition.

According to his statements, he acted according to the guidelines of an organised structure and has been positioned on the ground in a coordinated manner with other members of the group.

His claim that he initially thought it was a peaceful protest conflicts with facts, as concrete actions such as arming, distributing ammunition and military organisation do not match the character of such a protest.

During the event, the defendant has been found dressed in military uniform and equipped with automatic weapons (AK-47) and ammunition.

The weapon was removed from his hands at the time of his arrest. Also, from the material evidence collected by the Prosecutor's Office, the vehicle used by that “Jeep Grand Cherokee” has been found abandoned and military equipment, weapons, a large quantity of ammunition, telephones and personal items have been seized.

Concretically, the prosecution says hundreds of bullets of different calibres, loaded caricators and other weapons, including a gun, have been found.

By analyzing the sequentised phones, the prosecution says evidence has been found showing its connection to an organised group structure.

The defendant figures as part of the third group, with a four-x1 seed number, the prosecution said in its final address.

In the Prosecutor's document provided by Klan Kosova, a previous photograph of the group has reportedly been found in one of the equipment, suggesting preliminary organisation and division of roles.

Also reportedly, another phone found photos carried out before the hotel scene, where it is seen along with other participants, indicating that contact and coordination between them existed even before the attack.

The final word from the DA's file has made the role of Vdalomir Tolliq in the armed attack on Banjska.

According to forensics and electronic examination reports, Toliq was reportedly an active and organised part of the structure that carried out the attack. The AFK report confirmed the presence of weapon remains in his military jacket.

Dusan Maksimovic's role, according to communications in “Signal” and “viber”

Dusan Maksimovic has claimed to be in Banjska for a social weekend and that he was unaware of the attack. He has declared that he woke up around 3:00-04 a.m. from the phone calls and landed in the village around 7: 00 a.m., without contact with operational developments.

However, on his equipment, on “apps Signal” and “viber” found messages and videos like: “WarVen” and “Fillo”, “has fired on all sides”, “War” and “It's not a joke”

“Based on all evidence administered during the trial review, on the basis of full judicial analysis of objective elements and subjectives of criminal acts, as well as on the individual responsibility of each of the defendants under co-ordination, the Special Prosecutor proposes to the Court to convict Blagoje Spasojevich, Vdalmir Tollijqi and Dusan Maksovqi for the criminal acts they are charged with and each of them to pronounce LIJ'S MAKING BOOKING BOOKS, BURGING OVERCOMES:

This sentence alone reflects the real weight of the committed crime, the seriousness of violating the constitutional order of the Republic of Kosovo, the sacrifice of the police official killed at the helm of office, and the need needed for protection of judicial security and state authority. Any lower punishment would be in disproportionate with the gravity of the work, with the fatal impact caused and the high social risk of armed operation”.

Justice in this case is not a symbolic issue. It is the protection of the rule of law, protection and constitutional order, and the protection of the lives of those who, in the name of the state, enforce the law and guarantee the safety of citizens”.

The procedure concludes its speech with the conviction that the evidence is clear, responsibility is proven beyond any well-based doubt, and the law requires full and incomplete application of its”.

“When a police official falls to the helm of the task as a consequence of an organised and armed attack against constitutional order, the justice response cannot be lower than the maximum penalty envisioned by law”, Special Prosecutor Naim Abazi said in the final address sent to the Constitutional Court in Pristina.
