The Constitutional Court in Mitrovica, through the judge of the preliminary procedure, Marija Lajqi, has approved the Constitutional Prosecutor's request in Mitrovica for the appointment of the detention measure to nineteen (19) the defendants, whose suspicion is that they have committed criminal work “the organising of pyramid schemes and illegal gambling”, this work punishable according to Article 294 concerning Article 31 of the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code.
The detention measure is assigned to the defendants with initials: A.B., D.S., N.M., B.M., R.S., A.I., B.I., B.S., F.M., M.S., B.B., A.R., A.M., N.H., D.M., A.M., G.S., F.D., F.D.
The detention under the constitution, the defendants were counted from 18.04,2026, will last until 18.05,2026. /Periscopi
