According to the 48-hour report released by this institution, inspections of the sixth day have focused entirely on the construction sector, where 100% of the controls are realised in this area.
Out of 41 inspections, 16 works have been banned, broadcast Periscope.
The inspector has clarified that the total number of construction bans also implies the number of requests for countering subjects who have violated legal provisions. At the end of the action, all subjects to which the ban on the works has been pronounced will be automatically prosecuted in the respective courts for counter-injury, on the basis of consistent violations.
Authorities have made it known that the screening process will continue in the coming days, according to the deadlines set by inspectors, with the aim of verifying the elimination of irregularities.
According to the Inspectorate, eliminating irregularities implies taking concrete action by subjects surveyed for improving conditions in security and health at work. /Periscope/
