Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, along with Finance Minister Iron Murati, have received representatives of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ( BERZH).
As reported in the announcement of the Prime Minister's Office, the meeting discussed deepening co-operation between the Government of Kosovo and the EURZ, with a special focus on advancing infrastructure projects and implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding signed in 2024, which envisions an investment portfolio of up to 400m euros by 2027.
“U also addressed priority projects in the fields of road infrastructure, sewage, water system, energy efficiency and public transport, as well as the possibilities for signing new financing agreements during the 1920s,2027. Prime Minister Kurti thanked the EBRD for its continued support of Kosovo and stressed the importance of partnership with this institution for implementing strategic projects that improve infrastructure and services for citizens. For their part, representatives of the EURZh reaffirmed the readiness to continue close co-operation with Kosovo institutions in implementing development projects and in support of economic reforms”, the KPM report said.
