According to the report, a possible Iran Emirates attack would be unprecedented. Since the start of the war, the Emirates have been the most hit by Iranian attacks, even more than Israel.

A source involved in political discussions in Emirate has declared that the country “is considering taking active safeguard clauses against Iran”. Although the Emirates are not directly involved in war, they have suffered about 800 hits, according to the same source.

The fact that Abu Dhabi is considering a military response reflects the rising anger of Gulf countries against Iranian attacks targeting civil infrastructure, as well as oil and gas plants.

Earlier, the Ministry of Emirates Defence had declared that it reserved the full right to respond to this escalation and to take all necessary measures to protect its territory, citizens and residents.
