The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo announces public opinion that today criminal cases have been initiated in connection with threats to the president of the Republic of Kosovo. Vjosa Osmani-Sadriu, in the direction of criminal work “Dhuna to senior representatives of the Republic of Kosovo, from Article 121 concerning Article 119 paragraph 1 , subparagraph 1.1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code”.
In this case, it has authorised the Directorate for Investigation of Organised Crime and War Crimes in the Kosovo Police to undertake all necessary actions in the full investigation of this case, in order to ensure the safety of the Republic of Kosovo's judiciary, officials and its citizens.
