At the previous session, the prosecution has raised doubts that serious crime occurred because of financial gain. This institution has rounded all of Naim Mursel's debts so far, which turns out the same one owes about 500 thousand euros.
Also at this session, Naim Mursel had sought to communicate with his son and Behgjet Pacolli.
The chairman of the court, Fatime Dermaku, said that the request for communication with Pacolli is denied because it is the category of persons the law does not allow.
You have requested communiqué with your son. I've contacted the Swedish authorities, I'm waiting for their answer. And for the request you filed with Behgjet Pacolli, with Switzerland's phone number and your groom -- that's a request not allowed, because this category of persons does not allow the law”, Dermaku was expressed.
While at the January 29th session, Mursel said before the court that there was no agreement to kill Liridona. Liridona Ademiaj was killed on November 29th of 2023 at 20:25 on the “Dalip Alshiqi” in the village of Brnica in Pristina.
