The Socialist Party argues that Balluk, already dismissed from the post of Minister of Infrastructure and Energy and without executive office, poses no danger of obstructing evidence or escape. According to the Socialists, the investigation into the tender gap could continue without the need for a security measure. To bring down SPAK's demand, a majority of 71 votes, A2 reports CNN, broadcast Periscope.
Meanwhile, the Democratic Party insists lifting immunity is necessary, arguing that the MP may influence witnesses or disrupt evidence.
The majority report will be read by Ulsi Manja, while the opposition one from Oerd Bylyqbashi, after the head of the Democrat parliamentary group Gazment White has been excluded for 10 days from the work of the Parliament.
In parallel with the plenary session, the opposition has warned a protest before the Assembly, which will begin at the same hour as the session and will last until its completion. Police have taken security measures and surrounded the Parliament building with metal barriers.
Before the session, at 09 o'clock, the Socialists will also hold a parliamentary group meeting to discuss the final position on the Balluk issue. Socialist MPs have been informed that any lack of them at the session will be described as violating the SP group's decision.
Several laws and changes in the composition of parliamentary commissions are also included in the agenda of the plenary session, among them the appointment of former minister Elisa Spiropal to the Security Commission and former Prime Minister Pirro Weng to the Commission for Natural Resources, Infrastructure and Sustainable Development. /Periscope
