Rutte from Skopje: We will make sure that KFOR in Kosovo remains strong and capable of its goal

These statements were made after several reports that the US has lobbied them in recent months to reduce NATO's peacekeeping operation in Kosovo.
North Macedonia has long supported our KFOR peacekeeping mission in Kosovo, and I thank you for that. KFOR continues to play a fundamental role in supporting lasting security, for the benefit of all people living in Kosovo. We will continue to make sure that KFOR remains powerful and capable of its target”, Rutte said.
Otherwise, for these reports the Pentagon said there are currently no changes in the force station.
At the joint conference with Northern Macedonia President Gordana Silianovska Davkova, in Skopje, Rutte also said NATO is committed to “to protect every centimeter of Allied territory from coming challenge”.
