In a statement, the member of this party, Ruzhdzi Blakaj, indicated that the decision to leave the party relates to, as they say, the lack of support for President Vjosa Osmani from the structures of this party in Pec.
The response is said to be disturbing the position of Deputy Prime Minister and Guco co-chairman Donika Grovalla, who allegedly lobbied against Osman's re-election in the presidential post.
According to their statement, it is unacceptable that within the same political subject there is no support for a president who, according to them, has shown continued integrity and commitment to the state, especially in the area of foreign policy.
For these reasons, as a sign of opposition to this approach and in defense of the principles we represent, we have decided to resign from the Guxo Paje Party and continue to support President Osmani in each of its decisions to raise”, the statement said.
