Reports of explosions in several Middle Eastern countries

Events are rapidly taking place throughout the Middle East this morning on the third day of attacks across the region.

The US has confirmed they are hitting targets in Iran, while Israel said it has launched another wave of attacks against Hezbollah targets after being hit by missiles from southern Lebanon.

Iran has fired revenge attacks across the region since US-Israel attacks Saturday morning, targeting American bases and other countries, writes Sky News.

Blasts have been heard in Jerusalem this morning, as well as in Dubai and Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates, Doha in Qatar and Manama in Bahrain.

Smoke is also raised by the American Embassy's proximity to Kuwait, and firefighters and ambulances are in the area, witnesses told Reuters this morning.

In addition, there are reports from Cyprus after the British base RAF Akrotiri was allegedly hit at night by a drone. /Telegraphy/
