Israeli planes dropped 30 bombs on the Khamene complex, leaving it “burned and destroyed”, W reported SJ.
The operation began about 6: 00 a.m. in Israel's time, with attacks striking the complex at approximately 9:40 a.m. according to Tehran's time, two hours and five minutes after the aircraft took off.
The CIA provided high “Trust” on Khamene's location.
The CIA had been following Khamene for months, gaining more and more confidence in his whereabouts and models, according to known people quoted by The New York Times.
The agency later learned that a meeting of senior Iranian officials would be held Saturday morning at a leadership complex in central Tehran and, most importantly, that the supreme leader would be present.
The CIA offered Israel high-trusted “ ” information on Khamene's whereabouts, according to informed persons
Israeli officials said intelligence officers had identified not only a meeting but three held simultaneously.
The leaders had gathered at the offices of the Iranian presidency, the supreme leader, and Iran's National Security Council.
The US and Israel, who originally planned to attack the night under the cover of darkness, harmonised the time to take advantage of information about the Iranian leaders' day gathering.

CBS News reported on Saturday that approximately 40 Iranian officials were killed in the attacks in general.
Iran's UN envoy calls the attacks against the UN Charter
Iran's UN Ambassador, Amir Saeid Irrani, condemned the attacks at an emergency UN Security Council session Saturday.
What's happening against my country is a clear act of aggression. It is an open armed aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran”, Irrani said.
The war of the United States and Israel today is not just a war against Iran. It is a war against the United Nations Charter, a fight against international law and a fight against international legal order”, he added.
Trump noted on Saturday that the killing of Khamenei makes a diplomatic solution “much easier now” and that “has several good candidates” to lead Iran without detail.
