NATO again intercepts a missile headed towards Turkey: Willing to defend all allies against any threat

NATO confirmed it has again seized a missile headed towards Turkey.

NATO spokeswoman Allison Hart wrote on the X that the Alliance stands “in its readiness to protect all allies against any threats”.

“NATO has again seized a missile headed towards Turkey. NATO stands firm in its readiness to protect all allies against any threats against”, Hart wrote.

The Turkish Defence Ministry said a little earlier than another Iranian ballistic missile crashed as it entered Turkish airspace, as CNN wrote.

The rocket was neutralised by NATO air defence operating in the eastern Mediterranean, the ministry said.

Several parts of the missile fell to land uninhabited in the Gaziantep area, she added.

Last week, NATO forces in the eastern Mediterranean seized an alleged Iranian missile as it headed towards Turkey.
