Mountain Peace Research Team Saves Blocked Citizens in Pec

Kosovo Mountain Peace Research Service ( The ShKMK has intervened to assist a citizen trapped in Rugova's Grit area.

According to the official communiqué, the citizen of the Republic of Kosovo, while walking at “Mushkas station” in Pec, slipped for several meters on a steep terrain, suffering bodily injury and remaining trapped in a high-risk part of the abyss.

Immediately after receiving a call for help, a KAKMK team from the Pec station was headed towards the scene. At the scene, teams praised the situation, offered first aid and realised the citizens' evacuation safely.

The operation was successfully completed, while the Bank has wished citizens rapid recovery.
