A month's deadline for electing President, what move Kurt will make

Yesterday, the Constitutional Court issued its case regarding President Vjosa Osmani's decree on the distribution of the Parliament, and the issue of electing the new president. There the Constitution, the Constitution, stressed that Osman's decree has no legal effect, and that MPs have just over a month to elect the new boss [...]

There the Constitution, the Constitution, stressed that Osman's decree has no legal effect, and that MPs have a little more than a month to elect the new head of state.

The prejudice in question coincided with numerous reactions, where it was primarily accepted by political representatives. Among the reactions that were made was Osman himself, from which it was said, the act confirms that the president has not committed any constitutional violations.

From Osman, also yesterday, it was also urged that MPs urgently carry out this constitutional obligation, and that the Parliament should tomorrow [Today] set the date for the new session to elect the president.

The president welcomes the 34-day deadline granted by Kosovo's Parliament deputies on the part of the tribunal and calls on them urgently to fulfill this constitutional obligation. Instead of such unstable statements, we invite the Kosovo Assembly to set the new session date tomorrow for the election of the new president and to fulfill the obligation they have been chosen to give the country stability and security, they were declared yesterday by the presidency.

On the other hand, the country's prime minister, Albin Kurti, had sent invitations to other party leaders for the meeting to discuss the issue of electing the president. During this period, the Constitution had established blocking measures for any further action.

In this line, there were opposition parties' responses. Like the Democratic Party of Kosovo, like the Democratic League of Kosovo, they had expressed readiness to meet Kurt only after the Constitutional Court, which was issued yesterday.

When, or whether, such meetings will be met remains to be seen, since there is no confirmation of the parties right now. Otherwise, so far, candidates for president are two figures from LVVA, Glauk Konjufca and Fatmire Kolcaku. Both have been opposed by opposition parties, which call for more consensual figures. /Express/
