President Vjosa Osmani's decree to distribute the Assembly is the main topic of recent days on the political scene.
Its sending by the Vetevendosje Movement to the Constitutional Court was analysed on the DPS show at Fidan with Kosovo Institute for Justice Director Ehad Miftaraj.
Miftaraj said in Kosovo Clan that the Vetevendosje Movement is doing as he said frontal war against the Constitutional Court.
The “started in 2024-2025, which is something that the Vetevendosje Movement has had strategy to delegate the work of the Constitutional Court to the public”, he stressed in Klan Kosova.
He also gave reasons for this.
The Constitutional Court, on 9 March, has imposed temporary measures on the State Chief's decision to distribute the Assembly.
The measure is valid until 31 March, where the process of electing the new president is stopped until the Constitutional decision.
