The first one says that LVV's request to force MPs to stay in the hall for voting the president's election hearing does not stand.
The request of Albulen Hadziu and LVV to force Kosovo Assembly deputies to stay in the hall to participate in the vote is not constitutional duty. The JEC is showing that there is no constitutional nor any judicial practice that forces MPs physically in the hall. This relates to the principle of the MP's free mandate”, he has said.
He also said that the decree produces no legal consequences.
“Decrete produces no judicial/unconstitutional consequences. The Assembly is obliged in 34 days to elect head of state or country to go to the polls”, he has said.
