The Vetevendosje movement has handed over in Constitution the complaint concerning President Vjosa Osmani's decree on the distribution of the Kosovo Parliament, the Party for Kosovo's Media Office for Kosovo's Office on Kosovo Press.
Osmani distributed the Assembly at a media conference Friday, where he refused questions from reporters.
Its move prompted numerous reactions, while the Vetevendosje Movement was considered to be an unconstitutional act.
On Thursday, the Kosovo Assembly has failed to elect the president.
Prime Minister Albulen Haxhiu said on Thursday evening that he cannot proceed with the vote, since 80 MPs were not present in the hall. While Haxhiu announced that LVV was now addressed to the Constitutional Court with the request to suspend constitutional deadlines for election of the president, President Osmani's decision to distribute the Parliament came Friday morning.
At the Osmani media conference, he even said that as far as the distribution of the Kosovo Assembly has brought the country, as she said, “people with dangerous intentions”. And LVV said she should tell who she was talking about. However, until today (Monday), President Osmani has not had any media presentation on the issue.
