The murder of Martin Can, Apel, leaves the 16-year prison sentence for Mario Pershane in effect

The General Jurisdiction Appeal Court has handed down the Tirana Court's ruling, serving 16 years in prison, Mario Pereshan for the murder of minor Martin Cani.
He was also found guilty of the criminal acts of “suicide in other qualitative circumstances” against Martin Cani and “the suicide in other qualitative circumstances, remaining on attempted” against Louis Mece, who remained injured.
For the murder of Martin Cani, the Tirana Court had imposed a 12-year prison sentence, while for the attempted murder of Louis Mece decided 10 years in prison. After the combination of sentences, Mario pearlaj was eventually sentenced to 16 years of freedom, a decision that has already been handed down by Appeals.
Following the decision of the Court of Appeals, Martin Cane's father, Angel Cani, claimed that some kind of justice had been served, but the family had sought a more severe sentence. “was given some kind of justice, but we wanted more”, he said.
The serious event occurred on November 18th, 2024, following a conflict among minors who had started at the 9-year school “Fan Noli” in Tirana. The conflict ended with Martin Can and Louis Mece's murder. /Periscope/
