Four aspects that are defined with the Constitutional Court's act on the procedure of electing the president of the Republic:
1. The request of the Government and VV that has been addressed to the Constitutional Court to force MPs to participate and vote in the Assembly for the president's election.
2. The deadline for electing the new president should be no later than 30 days before the end of the current president's mandate. This is a binding deadline. Unless it's 60 days complete from the Republic Assembly Constitution Day, the deadline begins from the Parliament's Constitution Day.
3. The 60-day deadline is the procedural deadline that should be in place of a binding deadline -- no later than 30 days before the end of the current president's mandate.
4. The distribution of the Assembly is automatically done after failing to elect the president of the Republic within the constitutional deadlines.
