Kosovo Government spokesman Arlind Manjuka has reacted after Minister Nenad Raspi has said that “Kurti, due to him, has given 24 hectares to the Decani Monastery.
Manjuka has said Raspa has confused him with accepting his request by Kurti to visit Patriarch Porfirije for Orthodox Christmas of 2023.
He said that for Decani Kurti's Manchester, he has implemented the Constitutional Court's ruling.

The question of the 2016 Constitutional Court's decision, the establishment as a condition by the Council of Europe, along with the process of membership of the Republic of Kosovo in 2024 has been clearly clarified at the Kosovo Government meeting and the post-arrange media conference at the time it was made.
In April 2024, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, with a strong vote of 82%, with the series 131 in favour and 29 against, recommended that the Committee of Ministers invite Kosovo to become a full member of the organisation.
The implementation of the act, already taken by the Constitutional Court in 2016, the Government of the Republic of Kosovo has done it only in light of membership in the Council of Europe and for nothing else.
As it is known, after the decision, in March 2024, rapporteur Dora Bakoyannis distributed her report confirming that Kosovo, after implementing the Constitutional Court's act regarding the Decani Monastery issue, has met all preconditions for membership and should be invited to become a full member of the Council of Europe without additional preconditions.
Since the first day on Kurti 2 in March 2021, from Quinn's ambassadors, but also from Minister Rassic has been called for implementation of the DK's act, but this has happened only in the framework of talks with Council of Europe rapporteur Bakoyannis, three years later, in March 2024.
What Minister Nenad Rassic has been confusing is accepting his request to visit Patriarch Porfirije for Orthodox Christmas in 2023, as you can see in the picture below.
