Kurt told about it at a party meeting today.
The chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Lumir Abdixhiku, will also meet tomorrow, where we will discuss the process. However, we have the position that if the subjects agree that this is the journey, so the open race where each subject has a candidate or candidate for president, then we agree with that approach and the Vetevendosje Movement will have its candidate for President”, he said.
LVV leader said the candidate for president “could come from any subject”.
Kurti met with Democratic Party of Kosovo Chairman Bedri Hamza the second time in the country yesterday.
After the meeting, it became known there was no agreement.
Hamza said the PDK offered a last chance “to avoid new elections”. He said he requested that the country's president be elected by someone proposed by this party.
Kurti, meanwhile, said after the meeting that “when there is no possibility for consensus proposal, then we will have party proposals” for president.
This meeting will come exactly a week after they had first met in the Assembly on the President's case.
