According to the report, Saudi authorities expect the relevant states to hand over a list of citizens' names, passport records and travel destinations, including the country where they come from as Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and Oman.
This procedure aims for citizens in question to be equipped with Saudi visas for emergency access, so that transit and their return to respective countries can be allowed.
The embassy has called on citizens in these countries and need assistance, contact diplomatic representation for further procedures.
