The embassy has called on all Kosovo citizens on the territory of the Emirates both blocked visitors and residences to appear near diplomatic representation if they have not already done so.

According to the Embassy, the census is necessary for proceeding with evacuation requirements, including emergency passage equipment at the Saudi Arabia border.
