According to data by the Local Directorate for Border and Migration Kukes, only morning through the Morina border point have more than 3 thousand people with over 900 small vehicles, without including buses with organised groups. A considerable number of travelers have crossed the border with engines as well.
Fluks has also had in the opposite direction -- from Albania towards Kosovo, though with a lower number compared to the entry of Kosovo citizens to Albania. According to data from the Kosovo side at the Vremica border point, between Kosovo and 850 Albanians have entered with about 700 vehicles, ReportTV reports, broadcast Periscope.
Both border points are operating with accelerated procedures and without detailed controls for citizens travelling with Kosovo license plates during official weekends and holidays. And on other days of the week, the raids usually continue until the end of April.
Despite the high flow, so far no long lines or expectations have been marked, as border authorities are working at accelerated pace to cope with increased movements. /Periscope/
