Judge Laban sought to be excluded from decision-making on decree, Constitution refused

The Constitutional Court has made it known that Serbian Judge Radomir Laban has demanded exemption from decision-making in Osman's decree for the distribution of the Parliament, but “request has been unanimously denied”. So it was announced in the Constitutional Court's decision, which has imposed temporary measures prohibiting any action [...] from the President and the Assembly.
The Constitutional Court has made it known that Serbian Judge Radomir Laban has demanded exemption from decision-making in Osman's decree for the distribution of the Parliament, but “request has been unanimously denied”.
Thus was announced in the Constitutional Court's ruling, which has imposed temporary measures against the President and Parliament of any action until 31 March.

The judge in question was named as the dangerous “activityr” from Osman, when in 2025 it had withdrawn the request it submitted to the Constitutional Court regarding the constitution, following the appointment of Radomir Laban as reporting judge in this case.
