Blasts were heard in the southern suburbs of Lebanon's capital city, Beirut.
Chief of the Israeli Defence Forces General Staff said:
“Hozballah opened a campaign against Israel overnight and is fully responsible for any escalation of”.
Any enemy that threatens our security will pay a high price we will not allow any harm to the people of Israel and our northern border” to happen.
About the same time, Hezbollah stressed in its statement that he had launched rockets and feared towards Israel in retaliation for the murder of Iran's Supreme Leader.
