In Terras's report, 2025 should be considered missing year for Kosovo, as reportedly because of regular elections in February, neither the legislative body nor the Government were functional.
The director of the Group for Jury and Political Studies, Nnomza Arifi, says the report is only a confirmation of the consequences that last year's institutional crisis has caused, which, according to her, could deepen during this year.
“Raport has confirmed what we have said 2025 has been lost as far as reforms on Kosovo's integration path ... Gruxel is looking at recent developments with concern considering that the 2025 political crisis can only deepen with recent developments. So there is a kind of warning that the 2025 crisis can deepen by creating a more dangerous situation for reforms.
