In a recent statement, the Israeli Protection Forces (IDF) have indicated that they have killed Sayed Yahya Hamidi, Iran's deputy intelligence minister for Israel's affairs.
Jalal Pour Hosseyin, head of the intelligence ministry's spying division, was also killed, along with the other “official regime”, the report said.
But no details of how, when or where they were killed, the BBC reports.
It has also been reported that Iran's intelligence ministry headquarters in Tehran was hit “a while ago”.
