Honored Citizens, Friends and Fellows of the Guxo Party

With full public and moral responsibility, I inform you that I, Rabbi Haklaj, as co-founder of that world List VjoSA, as the coordinator of the Guxo Party in Decan and then as founder and leader, emerged from a regular and democratic framework of the Guxi Party branch office in their municipality since May 5th 2023, along with the leadership of the branch and in complete unanimity with the decision made at the meeting held with dt.8 we made the decision to resign from all the structures of the Gexo Party, as the first collective resignation of the Branch Party of Gaux.

Since the establishment as “List Vjosa”, on November 5, 2020, by President Mrs. Vjosa Osmani and we political collaborators, and then certified as the Guxi Party, we joined with great commitment about this political project that essentially and in the base had the Rugovian spirit and our political orientation as the party of the right-right democratic and pro-Western centre.

With steadfast and committed will and with great contribution as the branch of the Guxi Party in Decan we worked sincerely and honestly for achieving our common victories as a coalition, but also for co-governance with the Vetevendosje Movement.

When in February 2021, in front of the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, as a joint coalition we addressed citizens and earned their trust with 51.28%, in that election campaign we jointly asked for citizens' support with a clear pledge:

Mrs. Vjosa Osmani to be President of fuck while Mr. Albin Kurti Prime Minister.

Likewise, before the citizens we pledged that, for at least two mandates, as the country needed so much change, we will continue together with this political agenda that our two leaders hold these positions that meant that President Mrs. Osmani now has second and above the standard set by the same election that, in the two highest leadership positions of the Republic, we have figures enjoying the greatest support of all citizens.

But what happened these days, to us as the branch of the Guxo Party in Decan, which not only indignant us but also greatly disappointed us, was a clear betrayal by the coalition partner, who, although he saw the massive will of citizens thanks to President Dr. Vjosa Osmani, in so dignified representation of our citizens and Republic, acted in an unacceptable way.

Considering that President Mrs. Osmani expressed its legitimate and guaranteed will even with the Constitution that she could run for a mandate as president of the Republic, she not only faced opposition and zero support from the coalition partner, but even tried to mock and denigrate her figure, initially offering her 30 votes, and then trying to raise that mockery even 33 votes.

This whole plan to put her in the race, Mrs. Osmani, there was nothing more than to enable the constitutional quorum to elect the Vetevendosje Movement candidate for Presidentz. Conjufca, not to really support her election by vote.

As if that were not enough, our frustration as Decan's branch deepened even more the non-reliance of the Guxo Party, the party that formerly President Osmani himself founded with us.

Furthermore, we as the branch (in general) and contributors that we have given everything to the Guxo Party and to our deputies' victory in the December 28th 2025 elections, were denied the basic right to inform us what our Party's stance would be, so pro or against President's re-election. Osman for a second term.

There was even a statuteic violation, namely Article 15, point 2, regulating the competencies of one of the highest bodies of the party, the General Council, which clearly defines that:

The General Council takes positions and decisions about issues of national interest of particular importance.

And the legitimate question for our Party lies:

What other issue could be more important for national interest than the election of the president of the Republic?

For us as a Decani Gaux, the answer is clear: no one else.

So even for us as a branch, it is unforgivable that we were left in informative darkness, where these attitude of refusal was only informed through media and social networks on D-day, March 5, as well as all citizens of Kosovo.

We in the Guxo Party have generally been fully aware that the seven deputies of our party cannot nominated or single-chop President Mrs. Osman. But alignment of our Party as opposition to Movement V NOT only is it unacceptable but it is also unforgivable to us.

For this very reason, this situation led to my irrevocable resignation as founder and chairman of the Guxon Party Branch in Decanh, along with headship and membership, leading from today to March 12, 2026, the Guxon Party branch in the Decani Committee to resign collectively and irrevocable, and to cease any function and further support for the Guxon Party.

Personalside, as a hardist and as a great follower of this political philosophy grown in this spirit, and with my conviction even more empowered through studies in Pristina and Vienna, since the first day in this party I have made a constant contribution to the Guxo Party for the victories of our coalition engagement “VV-GUXO”, above all, for the victory of the Guxo Party people, by knowledge, can, sweat, dedication and spending, without saving anything and never asking for anything in return from the party.

So it's painful up to the marrow of the soul that all that will, that deep ideal and commitment to raising it very carefully, expressly said as a “children” every day and to make it a powerful political alternative for citizens, end up this way...!

So, citizens,

My work, commitment and professional commitment, my headship and the current membership of the Guxo Party does not end today. On the contrary.

Because, we will continue to stand firm, unmovable and steadfast in what we have believed and have met since the first day, that is, the Rugovian spirit, as bold and determined Rugovists, beside President Mrs. Vjosa Osmani, wherever our political roads will take us together.

And all at last, I take the opportunity to express my sincere gratitude and gratitude for the current cooperation with all, now former partners, especially for those who have valued, recognised and respected my contribution and the contribution of the Decani branch to the Gux Party.

I wish you health and success wherever you are and wherever you will be in the future. And despite the division of our political roads, he wishes never to share our work and ideal for our citizens and our Republic as the most expensive, above all and above all.
