The announcement stresses that the review will take place “in accordance with the Constitutional Court, the Law for the Constitutional Court and the Order of the Court”.
The decision will be made after all constitutional aspects of claims made in demand by the pre-decisive side, in line with the Constitution, the Constitutional Court Law and the Court's Code of Work, the Constitutional Court for FrontOnline reports.
This development comes in the wake of demands for constitutional interpretation on the legality of President Osmani's decision to distribute the Assembly and sets the next step in the possible process of new elections in the country.
