They cultivated 10,000 cannabis roots, the JKKO sentenced 5 members of the criminal group to 56 years and 9 months in prison

In all, they were sentenced to 56 years and 9 months in prison, and respectively:

Arben Shpati is sentenced to 13 years in prison/ 8.8 with short trial;

Paul Shpat, sentenced to 10.6 years in prison/7 with short judgment;

Alexander Roxa is sentenced to 12 years in prison/8 with short trial;

Kacol lives sentenced to 12 years in prison/8 with short trial;

Christian Plepaj is sentenced to 12 years in prison/8 with short trial.

In November 2023 Shkodra police have located and seized a drug in an uninhabited residence near the Kir River and material processing items owned by these citizens

Also, the investigations have resulted that these citizens, organised as a group, had cultivated 1074 cannabis plants, in the villages of Kir and Pult

The detainees have family and social ties to each other, and from investigative actions allegedly co-operated by acting in the form of a criminal group, each with its own role, from providing narcotics seeds to cultivating, producing and selling narcotic matter. /euronews/
