According to the single judge, Christoph Gosnell, the parties had demanded that the condition be changed in terms of contact with the accused and discussion of the case, reports the “Justice Vow”.
They were allowed to have communication between themselves and discuss the matter, but given that confidential issues should not be discussed in public spaces
However, the judge said all established conditions remain in force outside the KSF's spaces.
The trial is expected to continue tomorrow with testimony from witness Cohen Herlar.
