Constitutional decision comes response from presidency

Vitita stressed that the president's election should be realised no later than 30 days before the end of the president's current mandate.
So as the President has said, the election of the president should take place no later than thirty days before the end of the current president's term. That deadline, is defined in paragraph 2 of Article 86 of the Kosovo Constitution”, it has written.
This stance comes after the Constitutional Court's ruling, which nullified the decree on the distribution of the Parliament, and stressed that MPs have 34 days in terms of electing the new president.
