Bajrami: Kurti met with LDK and PDK leaders to show each other that they do not support party candidates

LDK MP Hykmete Bajrami says that “Kurti met two-time LDK and PDK leaders without offering any proposals, no names, meetings to show each other that do not support party candidates”.

Bajrami says “LVV, which has 66 votes along with minorities in the Assembly, is the main responsible for electing the president and has had two options: the first one making part of the government one of the political parties so that they can later secure the votes for president or now proposing an apartak president, one who agrees to become president. But Kurt's not making the first one or the second one, and if he thinks he's got to elect a president with blackmail, he's got to think twice, that the odds are not true in 2021.”

According to her, if we go to the elections, we all know that elections are not choices: we have to be left without functional institutions for months, again save tens of millions of euros of citizens' taxes, and we'll get to the exact point where we're at today this is a total responsibility”.

On the other hand, Bajrami says:

I urge the citizens to observe Kurt's behavior and let them know that he has nothing but their plight. He has no problem with energy bills that are expected to grow again, neither education nor health nor migration. Kurt wants to take control of each institution and then act like he's king.

Kosovo dares not remain hostage to two or three names for president, I am sure, that there are men and women with knowledge of integrity outside political parties more than within them, only it takes will and courage, to be able to place the country's interest and the interest of the citizen before that person and the party.
